Looks like when using all AV1000, Room 2 has a connection of 11mbps and Room 1 has a connection of 27mbps. Not ideal but better.

I'll try to buy an AV1000 to test it. I was thinking the Homeplug AV2 might have something to do with it but then why would a single AV1000 and AV600 allow the speed to be 60mbps? I've tried...

The speeds are roughly the same. It varies between 22-36mbps in various trials.
