@adude007 Make the mounting screws just snug for both switches. Then you can move the decora up and the kasa down.

@adude007 The switch is not the problem. All decora switches are the same size.That LEVITON backing plate opening on the left side is lower.

@Snort Sorry the model I used for the test is the KP115

@Snort With nothing pluged in and the HS115 turned off it showed 0.0 watts on my "Kill A WATT EZ" meter. With nothing pluged in and the HS115 turned on it showed 0.9 to 1.2 watts. I would guess that...

@JayCA Most defiantly, Take the orange from the box and the black from the box and connect them to the black wire of the HS200. Connect the yellow from the box to the other black of the HS200.
