Do you mean reset to defaults using the button or reboot ( power cycle )? I have power cycled the main unit a few times now.

Hey Tony, I actually tried that earlier today. I removed the profiles, made new ones, added the devices. It still has no insights and no time used, the devices are being used and moving data.
