Did you try disabling "Parental Controls", "Antivirus" and "QOS" features? I have all disabled and no problems with the WiFi (Galaxy S10+) giving me the full speed (469/21).

I had some initial problems as well, but even after the latest update and a reboot of the complete net because of a power outage, I am getting 462 down, 23 up through WiFi on a Galaxy S10+ - the same...

I a very similar issue, just worse than what you get. TP-Link app reorts 462 down, 24 up Cabled, I get 450+ down and 23+ Mbps upload, Wifi with device sitting about 10 inches away from the main...
