@PeteShiflett What is the actual model number? AC1900 is for a few, A9, C9, etc. There should be LAN ports on the back of router, use those to connect a PC that is wired is the normal method.

@ThatCamOp91 What speed do you get when connected directly to the modem? Try a different LAN port... might have a bad one? Cable might not even be fully in?

@ThatCamOp91 Have you checked QoS? Threre IS a speed setting there, might need to be changed? When you connect the PC direct to the modem, do you get the proper speed?

@ThatCamOp91 Did you have 100Mbps down before? Is your Ethernet adapter capable of more than 100Mbps? Have you tried another cable?
