@rypaby I think the problem is HTTPS. don't need the S. I get in using HTTP with either tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1. What you are seeing I think is a Safari warning that the site is not secure (s).

@ljdietrich Could be the Security you are using? Try disabling Security and see if it works? Are you running Smart Connect? That could cause a problem, turn it off.
