Is there any bond two TP-Link Kasa devices? For example if I want a smart plug to be controlled by a smart switch there is no way to manage that in the app? I would have to use something like IFTTT?

Just to close this discussion out - I had to open up the router and was able to repair the router via serial console. Thanks for everyone's help
