I tried that a million times, deleted the app, shut down the phone, changed the email account and it still will not recognize my wi fi. I even had centurylink reboot my wi fi. I don't know if the app...

My smart switch deleted from my phone and I reset everything and it will not connect to my wi fi. My on/off button disappeared and that's why I reset everything. Please help
