KL430 Light Strip Jumpers
I have a pantry in between two cabinets and I want to run these light strips under one cabinet, through the pantry and continue under the other set of cabinets. I dont want/need any lights inside the pantry. Is there a jumper cable available or is it possible fabricate one that will work with these lights?

I bought the ones from the link, waterproof. Because the strip I bought is the kl420 and it has a thick raised clear coat on it.
I tested it by cutting off the end section of the strip with 3 lights and 1 IC on it, made a 4 inch extension with 2 clamps and connected right back on to where it had been cut from. Lit right up and still has independent control of that section through the app.

I am a little surprised by your response. In traditional VOC (Voice of Customer) product development methods, the CUSTOMER determines the product requirements or specifications not the product design team. It is obvious from all the posts here, which is actually a VOC sample, that the product line is missing critical pieces to successfully install these strips in a " USA market typical kitchen" installation. Other LED strip providers have listened to customers and provided the required addition cabling to create 90 degree turns and jumps over sink areas , microwaves or any other gaps. This is a normal request from the kitchen installation market. Please listen to the customer and do not instead tell customers how YOUR team thinks is the method to bypass the product line offering deficiencies. The additonal jumper cables and right angle pieces are required for kitchen applications. Please escalate this Voice of Customer request. You are missing a great opportunity for increased market share!!

You are assuming that I haven't done that already. Yes, I am well aware of what VOC demands are and I have always advocated for the customer, as I stated on this thread on reply number 13 and 18. But additionally, support has no control over what products or in this case accessories are made. We send the requests to the development team, with the thread in the case of community-based requests. But that is all we are able to do. I will say that all of our new strips are fixed lengths with no expandability and that the KL430E in the US is now EOL. This indicates that further expansion products will not be sold.

Hopefully with the next iteration they will allow connectors like every other kit that every other manufacturer makes. I have well over $1000 invested in TP Link Kasa products, and when this product came out, it absolutely boggled my mind they wouldn't have adapters and connectors available! This almost renders the product unusable and is the whole reason why I haven't replaced the ancient sylvania led strips on my cabinets. Thankfully, even the ancient, and new, sylvania led strips STILL, and always have, sold connectors for all of their rgbw strips. This one thing alone almost caused me to start switching from Kasa to Govee brand as they also include adapters. Reallllly holding out hope TPLink product designers will get the message and Implimentation these in their future LED strips bc the kasa app is by far the best I've used! Govee is catching up REALLY quick though! :/
