1gb connection but only getting 100mbps

i have a archer c9 hw ver 5 before i switched routers i am getting around 800mbps and when i switched routers to a tp link archer c9 i am only getting 100mbps please help me fix this thank you very much

The issue is likely the Ethernet cables that are being used that is causing your connection to only be at 100 Mbps.

@Tony i am currently running a cat7 ethernet cables and the length of the cable is 15m and no bents no damage or maybe its just faulty i dont know i might try and replace the cables just to test it

Power cycle the modem, router and PC. Power the modem up, wait, then the router, wait, then the PC. Also try a different PC as it may be the PC (check network settings). If you still have an issue, bypass the router and connect a PC direct to the modem and retest as it may be the ISP.
