Unable to factory reset HS100
When I turned on the smartplug and hold on to the top setting button, it doesn't goes into the orange mode.
It kept cycling throught orange wifi signal light and power and and power off.

Plug the smart plug into another outlet, and let it boot for a couple of minutes. If the plug does not eventually blink amber to green but keeps doing a reboot cycle then it may be bad.
@Tony Yes I had plugged it into many different outlets and it kept rebooting. Doesn't blink amber to green.
