Hi. I have an HS-103 mini light plug. I can't see a hardware or firmware version. I need to factory reset the device. It was registered to another account but he moved out. I held the on/off button for 10 seconds. There was a short flashing amber and then it went to blue. 
 

Can someone please assist?

it took 4 times but it finally reset. Thanks.

Glad to know you were able to factory reset the plug, for mini plug, the Led will flash blue after a sucesfullyfactory reset,  I will leave an FAQ here that may helps someone who encounter the same:
