Keep getting a message that states, "The application has cancelled the request to choose a device". Trying to add device on the Kasa App. My WiFi connection is strong. The app just keeps cancelling the cconnection.

Can you provide further details?  What product.  What steps have you taken?  Where is the hang up at?

Add

Device

Cameras

Kasa Spot Pan Tilt

Camera is powered up

LED blinking orange and green

Connecting to kasa..........

Pop Up with: Device to use with Kasa

Kasa_cam_FF FA

Choose: Connect

Obtaining IP.....

New Popup:

"Something came up. The application has cancelled the request to choose a device."

Choose OK

Now it's stuck and have to force it to close.

I'm having the same issue following a power cut last night. 3 of the 4 plugs came back on without any issue, but will not connect at all. I've tried everything. 

 

Can anyone help?

Same issue here. 

 

Changed broadband provider and can't re-add my 4 HS100 plugs.... 

 

When you click connect I just get this error
