Have had this since may of 2020.  All was fine until today.  Saw such was offline.   Tried to reset.   Then removed switch from electric and rewired just in case a wire got loose. Switch does not work by manually turning it on or off and u can't reset it.  I know the wires are good because I tied both black wires together and the light went on.  Any ideas ???

they have swich,  i mailed it back last friday.  they are replacing it.

Was there a power outage or surge?  Was the ground wire connected?  If a re-wiring did not work and the product will not even control the lights with the manual toggle on the switch it could be a bad switch.  You would at that point want to reach out to kasa.support@tp-link.com to discuss the possibliity of a RMA.
