So I installed the same LED lights in my office (total of 5) and the switch works perfectly. When I installed the same LED lights in my bedroom (total of 3), the lights flicker and won't turn on. I can use another dimmer switch and it will work fine, but this switch will not work. 

 

The lights are: TORCHSTAR 6 Inch 12W LED Recessed Lighting 3000k

You are using the HS220 correct?  Are both versions of the switch the one in the office and the one in your home the same hardware version.

@Carl Yes, that is correct. The only difference is there are 5 lights in the office and only 3 in the bedroom. Would that matter? An electrician buddy said it might be the resistance.

The amount of lights should not matter, especially since the home is using less and that is where the issue is at.  I would say it could be due to the type of LED lighting as only certain types are compatible with the HS200 but if they are the same type as in the office and they are working that shouldn't be the case.  

 

I'm going to send this to our R and D team to see if they can make light of it.
