Model: HS220  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 105

The switch works with no problem to turn on and dim as well as doing the same via the app. I cannot however successfully dim the lights with Alexa voice commands. I can however turn on and off the lights with voice commands just not dim.   I am seeing this behaviour consistently with different HS220 switches.

That is strange.  Obviously you are connected to Alexa because you can control on and off.  Its possible alexa is detecting it as a HS200.  I would suggest removing the Kasa Link to Alexa and reconnecting it.  This will cause the devices to be reestablished. Also check for firmware updates, and try changing the name to something with Dimmer, if it isn't already.
