I've been noticing lately that many of my recorded videos are no long saving clips. I have the KASA Premium subscription and it hardly seems worth it if clips will not save to the cloud. Is there a network problem?

@AltHome  Hello, 

You could tap the clip and see if the video is available,  try to kill and app process and reopen it and see the clip are accessible. It is also possible there was an issue that occurred when the clip uploaded to cloud and that make it irretrievable. Can you provide the MAC address of camera and share it to us via private message.
What is the time for the clips with an X and is there any Error message, may I have a photo,  does the currently video clips work right now?
