Model: EC60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

I have two other cameras on my network (KC100s) and they work properly.  They see motion, I get a notification and I can go and look at the video.

My EC60 however only sends notification.  There is no video for me to review.

Am I doing something wrong?

@necrochaos  Hello,

If you mean EC60  does not have view video clips from Activity, this is because that Model EC60/ EC70 (KC115/KC105) has no free cloud storage and use SD card for 24/7 recording . You could view the motion detection clips from Playback. While Activity relies on cloud service on Kasa camera to work (detect motion triggered -> video clip uploaded to cloud->pushed to Activity). So for KC115 or KC105 users need to subscribe Kasa Care to use Activity.

For the Kasa care plan on different cameras, please check here:  What is Kasa Care?
