No Smart actions available on Kasa Smart Plug Mini

I just bought a bunch of smart plug minis. They seem like they work great but when I go to use Smart Actions, they say they're not available. WIthout Smart Actions, these devices aren't useful. Have any of you had any experience having them turn on the smart actions? How long does it take?

Please ensure your Kasa APP and Plug firmware are both up to date first.

May I know the model ,firmware and hardware version of your smart mini, can I have a photo of the Error? Thank you
