I have found that my dimmer switches, all of the 3 i have installed, cause my LED bulbs to flicker ONCE as they ramp up to 100%. if i set them to 98%, they do not. i am positive that it is not a wiring or bulb issue (persay)... as you already have given us the ability to set a lower limit, please add an upper limit, which would fix my issue completely. i have read on the forums other people with the same issue, and i suspect this would fix their issues as well

+1. Having the flicker once issue with Philips EyeComfort dimmable LEDs.
Wish somebody would've told me smart lighting would be such a PITA before I jumped in.

+1. Just worked through KS230 issues only to run into this same issue. Forgot about it on an HS220 only because we rarely use 100% on it but on our 3 way used in our kitchen this feels like a deal breaker.

I multiple switches with this issue. They're reverse phases LED bulbs. If I go to 99%, problem solved. PLEASE let us set our switches to only go to 99%!

I'm having the same issue! Really stinks because I like these switches but hate that every time I turn them on I get hit with a camera flash!

+1 running into this issue with the KS230. Would be a huge improvement if I could limit brightness to 99%

Same issue here, I have to set my bulbs to 96% or they flash one time when turned on to 100% power. No issues with my other smart switches.
