I just bought extra smart plugs (HS 103, EP40) and I cannot get them to add to my existing set up.

What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa device?
Turn off VPN on the phone during set up.
If you still could not add the new device, can I know which step the set up fails, the error message, if possible, please share a photo of Error, thank you.
