Firmware Version: 2.3.11

When I attempt to download recorded video clip I get a download error message. It's on all my cameras. Everything was fine until Sunday. I'm using an iPhone 6s Plus, that hasn't changed. Even tried using my HP laptop, but couldn't figure out how to download from the app. These cameras are crucial as I have been being stalked and need the footage for my safety.

What model of camera do you have and what KasaCare plan are you subscribed to?

  @Carl  KC200 and it's the free plan. Last night I decided to try downloading a clip again and it's working now. Don't know what the problem was, but it's working again. Thanks for responding.

Okay, i just wanted to make sure because if its the Free plan then that does have a 2-year limit.  I wanted to make sure that was not what cause it.
