Hi, I recently bought a camera to view my fathers front walk after porch pirates stole some packages. He is 95 and doesnt get around well and I dont live there. I wanted to share a video with my brother but am unable to download videoes because it says I am not on the tapo wifi. Why is that and is there a way to do this?
