App won't open. Just a teal screen with the Kasa symbol on it

Please search for ' Kasa Smart ' APP in APP store or Google Play.
Also confirm Kasa APP is the latest version.
If still the same, can you take a photo of the issue, what is the APP version, model of phone and its IOS or Andriod version?
