Hello,

I just received my pan til it Kasa indoor dog camera and I cannot get the light to blink orange and green. I have reset it multiple times I have moved it around the hose and tried it and all I get is the light blinking red. How do I get it to connect to WiFi or get the light to blink orange and green?

Hello @Shaladae

Make sure you have reset the camera as Type 3 mentioned in this instruction: How to reset the TP-Link Kasa camera

Tilt the camera lens up to find the RESET button.

With camera powered on, press the reset button for 15 secs to factory reset the camera

Ensure you are using the original power cord for the camera
Power off the camera the power it on, and try reset again

Please check if camera is broadcasting Kasa Cam- WiFi SSID in the network device Wi-Fi list?
