It seems to be wired correctly, but it will only blink green, and not orange/green. It does not broadcast an SSID for set up. We have tried both the soft reset and hard reset. Any suggestions as to what we should check?
According to the Manual, the flashing green light is reserved for Connecting to the Network; if you have not even been able to start the setup process, I have a feeling that the light is actually indicating that the switch is not wired correctly. Make sure that you have securely attached all wires, especially the neutral wire.
When performing the factory reset does the light change color to Amber - Indicating a Factory Reset is in Progress?
