Simplified Installation and New Functionality - KS230 Kitv2 Product Page
TP-Link just launched the newest version of the KS230 3-Way Dimming Kit. This updated version is far more accessible to users and features a streamlined installation process that simplifies the connections and the overall setup.
The New KS230 Kit was also tested extensively in our official TP-Link Beta Program to ensure the best experience for our users at launch. Thank you to all the users who were invited to test the product ahead of launch and provided valuable feedback to our teams.
Separated Line and Load
The new version has separated the line into its own connection on the unit, making it much easier to understand where each wire goes. No more having to wire two wires to one connection.
Traveler Wire Order
The Second major change is that the Traveler Wires are no longer dependent on the order in which they are placed on the main unit. This means that each traveler is equal and can be placed onto either nut on the satellite switch.
LED Wiring Status Light
The last major change meant to help users through the installation process is the inclusion of a flashing red LED light when the wiring on the unit is not correct. Throughout the installation process, if you encounter a Red Flashing LED light, you will now immediately know that there is an issue with the wiring.
With the three of these combined, the team is hoping that the installation process can be quick and painless. Be advised your website, under "smart switches", list the "new" K230 kit, but when "buy now" is selected seems to take us to the "old/Classic" version.

Sir, I'm not talking about price, although thanks for the insight. What I"m telling you is that your corp website that reports "new version" links to the old version on Amazon.

Thanks for pointing this out, the Amazon Page for the KS230 Kit v2 is shared with the Original Version; normally, there will be two style options available, one for the classic version and one for the new version.
If the new version is not currently listed as an option on Amazon, I would assume that the product is out of stock currently. I will check with our team to see if I can find out whats going on.

A thousand thank you's I've installed soething like 40 smart switches and countless deocorator switch replacements, so my wife is more than a little impatient for this project to be wrapped up and her house (she claims it's hers) back to a low roar.
