I have a strange issue since I updated my IPhone from a 12 to a 14.  My Kasa app on my IPad displays all of my devices but when I log into my Kasa app on my new IPhone, I am in my account but no devices are found, I tried logging out and back in and also reinstalled the Kasa app but no devices are listed in the IPhone app. Any help is appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out to the community.

Please connect phone to the Home Wifi network and see if the local devices are avaible in the kasa APP. 

Try to ensure you've logged into the correct tp-link account . In  the kasa APP > Me> TP-link ID /email 

 

 

If still the same, may I know were the device bound to your tp-link ID before, may I have the MAC address of your smart device.Please share via PM. thank you.
