KC420WS firmware 2.3.16 issue
Firmware updated from 2.3.15 to 2.3.16 last night. Now camera is lagging. Video will no longer stream. I have deleted the camera in app and reset. Start new setup from scratch. Still same issue. The previous firmware 2.3.15 worked just fine. How do we revert back?

Thanks for your reply. I could not find the "Reboot" option in the App. I am using Android. However, I did a reboot by unplugging the power, wait around 10 seconds, plug back in. It seems to work now. Will keep checking and report back if the problem persists.

May I know do you mean the live view or 24/7 recording is loading, you can try some tips here
- Try to reboot the camera (Kasa app> camera settings> Reboot)
- Please connect the phone to your home Wi-Fi network or use mobile data on your phone and see if that makes any difference.
To help us understand the issue, may I have a video clip of issue, it is much appreciated if you can help collect the APP log at that time, please check my PM, thank you.
