Kasa Care is available in the U.S. but not in Mexico right now
1. Please check if you can subscribe from the Web portal
https://www.tp-link.com/kasacare/
2. If it says ' Kasa Care not available in your country'
There is workaround that you may register a new TP-Link ID using a different email and select a country that already has Kasa Care service, e.g ("AT","AU", "BE", "CA", "DE", "DK","ES", "FI", "FR", "GB", "IE","IT", "JP", "LU", "NL", "NO","NZ", "PT", "SE", "SG", "US" Note: till March 2023), then you will be able to use Kasa Care service.
