I just got a kasa camera and i cannot login to the kasa app to set it up. 

 

When I try to log in i get "error, please try again later" 

I'm running android 13

 

Ive tried clearing the cache and app data

 

I've tried reinstalling the app

 

Ive reset the password 

 

Ive verified the account worked on tplink.com 

 

I installed "tplink kasa control" on a windows 10 computer and cannot log in to that either.

thank you for the case report, may I know are you able to logging to the kasa app right now.

 

If you continue to face the problem,can you share photo of error message in the Kasa app, and also share your TP-Link ID email account with us via PM (you can click my profile to send a private message) .
