Hi,

 

I installed 3 HS220 dimmable switch and they all work fine, but I'm unable to configure them in Kasa app. 
 

In Kasa app, when I go through the process of setting up a switch, I pick the temporary network for the switch, but then it can't find the switch. I tried restarting, resetting the switch but still get the same message. 
 

Any idea what might be happening?

  @Venub,

I would recommend first verifying that you do not have a VPN running on your phone, next while you are connected to the temporary network of the switch, try disabling the private addressing settings in your phone's network settings. Private addressing may prevent the device from reconnecting to your phone as it cannot identify that it is the same phone that it was connected to in the first place.
