Website says current version is 2.3.20 but the Android app says that all devices are up to date. WTH?

Hi,
We release the new firmware gradually for the Kasa product, so some of the users may not receive the new firmware temporarily.
Please wait patiently for the new firmware, and update it on the Kasa app when it's available for your camera.
How to update firmware of Kasa smart devices?
