I have a Kasa KD110 doorbell and a Tapo C420 camera and hub. I've added both to the Tapo app (3.0.507). While I get alerts from the C420 camera, I don't get alerts from the KD110, even though the app shows alerts are configured. Has anyone else observed similar behavior?

What phone are you using iOS or Android?

  @gebjeff1 I have the same issue on the KD110. Even worse, I can't view an event in Playback and Download until about 30-45 seconds.  At that point the event has passed and it does me good.  Watching the live view shows real time however.  But I can't watch live 24/7.  That is the purpose of notifications.  I have (4) C420s and notifications work correctly on those.

Firmware 2.3.20

 

I am using Tapo app V3.0.547

 

I also installed Kasa app V3.3.50 hoping this would solve the issue, but both apps have the same problem.

 

Android One UI 5.1.  Android version 13
