There are a couple of devices that I have attached that I'd like to set to always be on. Is that possible or do I need to basically hide those outlets so that they are not turned off by mistake by someone?
There is no actual option to set the devices as "Always On"
You could create a schedule or smart action that will turn the device ON at different times throughout the day so that it will be turned on in case they are ever turned off.
To help hide your device, I believe that you may set a specific outlet of the HS300 to exist in another "Home" in the top left of the Kasa App. Adding the device to a separate home should remove it from most of the home pages and interaction screens.
