Model: Kasa HS200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.1.5

Have many TP-Link/Kasa devices - but - this one is showing up as offline in google home "(name) not available".
It shows up in in Alexa as "Device is unresponsive".

It shows up and is controllable in TP-Link android app.

I can turn it off and on via google voice command.

Thanks for any pointers.

Hey @PHS1,

Have you tried using the reboot or reset buttons on the switch? It sounds like they may need to reconnect to TP-Link servers. If you are able to control the device while your phone is not connected to the same network as the switch, you may consider relinking your Kasa Account o the Google Home App.

If this behavior is recent behavior, it may be the result of a recent server outage that we had, and your devices may simply need to rebuild their connections or authenticate with different services.
