I have four of these units, one of them has started clicking its internal relay rapidly at two to three times per second. 

With the relay cycling this quickly my test light looks like a strobe.

It does not show up on my network and it is unresponsive to a RESET.

My suspicion is that the internal circuitry has failed. Is this a known issue and how do I get the defective device replaced.
