24/7 not recording

I don't know where to look for the firmware version.. I can only find firmware is up to date..
24/7 recording is not recording. I have reset the camera manually I have unplugged it for half hour I have taken out the micro SD card and put it back in.
Help!

Okay, thank you. Please open the Kasa App. Tap on the camera and then the settings button (gear in upper right corner). Tap on 24/7 recording. Make sure the toggle is enabled. You may be directed to format the MicroSD card.
If it is already enabled and the card is formated you may want to reformat the card.
Reboot the camera (or unplug for 10 seconds) and retest.
