I have a P110M outlet with a refrigerator in my basement plugged into it. I would like to set up an automation that notifies me if the refrigerator door is left open because the kids have done this a few times north realizing it. I would like to use energy consumption be the trigger. If the outlet seems more than 200W for over 15 minutes to notify me, kind of automation. 
 

I don't think I can do this with the current Tapo app setup. Does anyone know if it can or another way to get this notification?
