@fxpease,

I would honestly trust the mobile app more and report the behavior to the Alexa team. It is also possible that your PC or browser has additional blocking technologies for trackers or web-elements that are preventing the device status from being updated properly - things that the designated Alexa app on your phone does not have to deal with normally.
