Just installed my 4th switch and the last is exhibiting a few problems. It flickers at certain presets, doesn't dim smoothly, and has a very high minimum dim point. 

Testing with a known good ~10W LED bulb which functions smoothly on my other dimmers. 

Are there any hidden gotchas or steps towards finding a root cause?
