The scenario is more complex than subject, please read...

I have 2 switches, one is switch A, hardwired to light A and one is switch B wired to light B. Due to the locations of the switches, I want to make switch A only power light B and and switch B only power light A. 
 

Using smart actions, I haven't found a way for the hardwired light to be left out of the equation... any ideas?
