For the Tapo TC85, I would like to request the following features. 
 

- Limit charging to 80% when Solar Panel is attached. For the Tapo doorbell that gets powered by existing wiring, TD25, I noticed that it will limit charging to 80% to preserve the longevity of the battery. Why does the TC 85 not have the same feature? I imagine by constantly having it topped off to 100%, it will shorten the lifespan of the battery. This should be an easy to add feature as the app has an option to turn on showing the stats for the solar panel. 
 

- Stop showing the "why is my battery draining so fast?" And other tip window in the app that displays the video feed when I have it powered by Solar. The battery does not drain fast at all, the solar panels work great and keep it fully charged. 
 

these two feature requests will make this product perfect for me. Thank you.
