Very disappointed with the primitive motion alert notifications from the Tapo Doorbell camera. Their FAQ #340 says that IOS limits them to only the default notification which is used by may other apps

Ive tried everything and looked everywhere to change the notifications/alerts to 12hr instead of 24hr time. My time stamp reads correctly but on alerts and notifications it says 14:46 instead of 2:46p
