My HS 210 3way switch has no buttons below rocker switch. Matter of fact has buttons at all. So, how can this switc be reset if needed?
Sounds like you are looking at the satellite switch for the 210. One of them has buttons, the primary and the other is just a satellite switch no buttons. If you need to reboot or reset it you need to use the primary switch.

Share a picture if you can. For the HS210 kit both switches are identical. The buttons should be just below the rocker toggle.
