My Tapo cam worked wirelessly for a couple months without any issues. Then all of a sudden it's hard going off-line. I did a power reset that did nothing. I removed the camera from the software and did a hard reset on the camera which allowed it to be reconnected to the wireless for a couple days and then went off-line again. I  did a hardline land connection which brought it online for a few days and then it went off-line again. I did a power cycle and that brought it online again. Now it's off-line again.  The power isn't the issue as the camera appears to be powered still, but for some reason, it does not want to stay connected to the network with wireless or wired.
