Campground Wi-Fi can be an interesting challenge—or adventure—depending on how the main office network is set up.

Before getting into potential product recommendations like Travel Routers or Outdoor Access Points, I'd first suggest communicating your concerns with the campground management and the need for network connectivity at your camper's location. Depending on the size of the campground and how it's managed, they may have contingencies deployed already (e.g., outdoor Wi-Fi bridges) to help ensure far-reaching Wi-Fi coverage for their guests.

In the event that these contingencies are not available, your method of approach may vary.

First and foremost, it's important to remember that for long-range, outdoor Wi-Fi coverage, there needs to be strong enough transmit and receive power at both the source (Office) and client (your camper) locations. Basically, the Wi-Fi signal reach of both devices — whatever they are — needs to overlap/converge enough to establish communication.

Have you already purchased and set up the router that you plan to use in your camper? If so, what model is it?

Also, do you happen to know approximately how far from the office the AP's signal drops off? Do you receive any signal to your wireless devices at your camper's location?
