Deco BE11000 No Longer Works in Access Point Mode
Hi,
I currently have Spectrum as an ISP which provides a cable modem.
The modem is connected to my router which is a Unifi Dream Machine Pro. The router has a DHCP server enabled and is able to connect to the internet. Devices that are connected directly to the router via the switch on the UDM Pro are able to connect to the internet without issue.
The main Deco is connected to the router via the switch using an ethernet cable and had been working flawlessly for about 9 months in Access Point mode but broke recently on Friday, May 2nd around 6:33 PM. I don't believe there was an update to either the router or the Deco device.
The Deco works in router mode but this results in a double NAT since they are both acting as routers.
When in access point mode, the Deco app states that the Deco is unable to connect to the internet and all the devices connected to it are unable to connect to the internet as well. The Deco LED occasionally changes to green for a couple seconds and then reverts back to red. Devices connected to the Deco are able to access local addresses and the Deco webpages.
I've already tried reseting the Decos and switching the main Deco.
