Hi folks,

 

2 of my 3 decos are unreliable. I try to maintain a nightly restart schedule and 2 of them consistently fail to reconnect every day. The only solution is to manually unplug and replug them. Then they *might* reconnect. 

 

I can't seem to find anyone to contact for this. Anyone have a phone number I can use?
