Both WAN ports (2.5 Gbps and 1 Gbps) have failed.

I was able to access the Router Web Interface so the non-WAN ports seem to work fine.

I verifed that the Cable Modem was working fine by connecting directly to laptop

Tried the following:

     1. Switching between the two WAN ports

     2. Changing cables from Router to Cable Modem using 3 different cables)

     3. Multiple Router power cycling

     4. Reset to Factory defaults

But nothing worked, the Internet Light on the modem remained Orange

Finally I connected a cheap Netgear router that I had laying around and it

connected to the Internet without any problems.

Conclusion - both WAN ports failed.

I am just posting this information in case anyone else has the same problem.

Time to buy a new Router I guess.
